I am trying to connect to a network with high signal strength, but BearExtender refuses to connect, or joins another network after a few minutes.
BearExtender cannot maintain a connection in an area with lots of interference. Although the signal strength is reported as high, the quality of the signal may be very low depending on the level of interference in the area. See the Optimizing Performance page for ways or reducing interference.
When BearExtender cannot maintain a connection, it will join the next available open network.
Sometimes BearExtender may connect to a stronger network.
To make sure BearExtender stays connected to your network, create a Favorte network.
